The spa facilities exceeded expectations. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again. the rooms are even better than in the photos!

We had a fantastic stay at Elite Byblos. the spacious room and bathroom were lovely, the staff was courteous and attentive, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. the location near the mall was convenient, with easy access to transportation. the late check-out and complimentary water were nice touches, making our stay even more enjoyable. a comfortable and welcoming experience that we would love to repeat.

During our stay at Elite Byblos Hotel, we were able to take a short 15-minute drive to Kite Beach for an invigorating day of watersports. The hotel staff made sure to arrange a memorable customized desert safari trip for our family, adding an adventurous touch to our Dubai experience. Moreover, the hotel's location near Dubai Marina Walk allowed us to easily explore the picturesque 7km palm tree-lined path alongside the emerald-hued waterway.

My children wanted a more diverse selection of recreational activities specifically catered to families with young kids.

Elite Byblos offers a great location near Mall of Emirates and top restaurants, just a short walk away. the staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to assist guests. the room lighting, designed with soft backlighting, creates a pleasant ambiance for work or relaxation. the hotel's unique building design provides a refreshing change from standard layouts, with a balcony overlooking the lobby adding to the spacious feel.

This hotel offers an exceptional spa and wellness centre that is perfect for relaxation. the indoor swimming pool was their standout feature, along with the sauna and steam room. We enjoyed the massage and full-body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated.

One minor issue was the limited food options. the restaurant made up for it with its delicious Halal food and in-room breakfast service.

The staff were very smiley, friendly, and helpful during my stay at Elite Byblos Hotel in Dubai with my 1.5-year-old twins. The room was spacious, well-organized, and had very good furniture. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring Dubai. The rooftop pool/bar area was a nice touch, providing a relaxed atmosphere, and being near the Mall of the Emirates was convenient for dining options. The hotel's relaxation facilities, such as the swimming pool and sauna, added to our enjoyment, enhancing family bonding. Nearby landmarks like Ski Dubai and Burj Al Arab were exciting to visit and explore.

The hotel offers great value for money with spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. However, improvements can be made in terms of the location and security measures to ensure guest safety and comfort during their stay.

The hotel's decor was absolutely charming, with elegant and comfortable furnishings in the lobby and common areas. As a senior woman, I appreciated how easily accessible everything was, from the spacious elevators to the well-lit hallways, making it effortless to navigate around the hotel.

I would have loved for the staff to be a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests, especially in terms of providing assistance without being asked.

The rooftop pool was lit and the hotel staff were super chill. The central location made it easy to hit up Kite Beach for some sick watersports and then swing by Dubai Marina Walk for some dope vibes.

It'd be awesome if they could organize more parties or events for us younger peeps.

I can't praise the staff enough; From accommodating requests to offering tours and ensuring our comfort, they truly went above and beyond. the room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with modern touches like switchable soft backlighting that made working and relaxing a pleasure. the hotel's location near Mall of the Emirates was ideal, allowing for easy access to shopping and dining options. the food at the Monarch restaurant was not only delicious but also varied, offering a memorable dining experience. Overall, the experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at Elite Byblos in Dubai for two weeks. The hotel staff, especially Jenny at the front desk, were polite and helpful. The room was nice and the rooftop pool/bar area had a great relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a 5-10 minute walk to Mall of the Emirates and its great restaurants. The hotel also offered basement parking which was convenient.

Absolutely loved my stay at the hotel - top-notch service from the friendly staff, and the suite was fantastic with a rooftop area including a jacuzzi, pool, gym, sauna. The only minor hiccup was the TV needing a technician and the dodgy irons, but overall, a solid spot worth the visit! 🌟

We had an amazing stay at Elite Byblos! the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from a popular mall and metro station. Our room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom and plenty of storage space. the room service was exceptional, even in the early hours of the morning, with incredibly fresh and delicious food. the staff, especially Anwar, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the rooftop pool, which was pristine and refreshing.

The spacious, air-conditioned rooms and suites at the hotel have a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and luxurious, making me feel like royalty after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel is spotless and convenient to the metro and the emirate mall. the front desk staff can give you the scoop on pcr testing stations and shuttle services to expo. the rooftop pool is a chill spot with top-notch service.

The suite at Elite Byblos Hotel was absolutely amazing! The plush bedroom with a king-size bed was so comfy, and the second bedroom with two single beds was perfect for our group. The large bathroom with a bathtub was a nice touch, and the fully stocked mini bar was a great perk. Plus, the flat-screen TV and complimentary toiletries made us feel right at home.

I wish the suite had a view of the city, but that's just my personal preference.

Ski Dubai is a real treat! Who needs outdoor skiing when you can freeze your butt off indoors? Plus, Wild Wadi Waterpark is the perfect place to get splashed by screaming kids. Such fun!

The breakfast itself was delicious, and the gentleman making fresh omelettes was both efficient and pleasant. Despite the higher rates during the festive season, the hotel is a fantastic place to stay at normal prices. The room, though slightly cold due to lack of heating , was promptly provided with an electric heater upon my request. Well done! The gym, sauna, pool, and spa facilities were also impressive and offered great value for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
